Wouldn’t marijuana have an aid to society in a financial sense? Think about or read about prohibition, whats the difference?
I used to smoke marijuana, and I am confused why, after all of the scientific study, why marijuana has remained illegal when tobacco is so much worse, and alcohol is so much worse. Marijuana is nowhere near as addictive, and is in no way destructive to the body.
I am 18 years old and I live in a house that is supported by Section 8. The rules of Section 8 are that no one living in the house can get arrested. What are the laws in California for possession of alcohol? Marijuana? I found websites saying you can get fined but not arrested for less than an once of marijuana. However, can you get arrested for possession of alcohol? What if you don’t drive? All help and links appreciated.
